Independent Living Services (ILS) comprise of assistance programs to help individuals with disabilities uphold their independence at home. Capital Home Health Care recognizes that independent living needs may vary from person to person. We develop a Community Service Support Plan based on the client’s strengths, abilities, and current conditions.
